Ruggeri’s is located in North Dallas at the northeast corner of Preston and Frankfort.  With the feel of a bistro you would find in a small Italian neighborhood, the food is excellent and the menu has many options, including all the traditional pastas. Don’t miss my favorite, the Red and Blue salad.
 

Tom Ruggeri has two restaurants. This one is a bit more casual, but his restaurants are known for their consistent quality. The staff is courteous and prompt, but not pushy. To find both locations visit their website at http://www.ruggerisrestaurant.com/
